Simple Uncooked Noodle Lasagna

  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 450 g ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 800 ml tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until the meat is browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Stir in the tomato sauce, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
Step 5
Spread 1/3 of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Arrange 4 uncooked lasagna noodles over the sauce. Spread with 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with 1/3 of the mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Repeat layers, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Step 7
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
