  • 5 g black pepper
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 15 g paprika
  • 6 pig tails
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the pig tails. Boil for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
