  • 100 g butter
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 370 ml evaporated milk
  • 1000 g grated cassava
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 200 g sugar
  • 400 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated cassava, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 5
If using, sprinkle the grated cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
