  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g melted butter
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
Step 4
Mix in the baking soda and salt.
Step 5
Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Step 6
Mix in the flour until just incorporated.
Step 7
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Step 8
Bake for 60 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 9
Remove from oven and cool completely on a rack before removing from the pan.
