  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
