  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1.5 kg pork neck bones
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the chopped onion, garlic, celery, and carrots. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the pork neck bones to the pot and brown them on all sides.

Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes.

Pour in the chicken broth, making sure the pork neck bones are mostly covered.
