  • 4 bell peppers
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).

Wash and dry the bell peppers.

Cut the bell peppers into halves and remove the seeds and membranes.
Step 4
Place the pepper halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.

Drizzle olive oil over the peppers and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
