Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a large baking dish.

In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the chopped onion and celery, and cook until soft.

In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion, celery, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme.
