Ingredients

  • 2 g black pepper
  • 450 g bread cubes
  • 60 g butter
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 30 g fresh parsley
  • 10 g fresh rosemary
  • 15 g fresh sage
  • 10 g fresh thyme
  • 1 onion
  • 500 g pork sausage
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a large baking dish.
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the chopped onion and celery, and cook until soft.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked sausage, onion, celery, parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme.
Step 5
Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and stir until evenly moistened. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
