Ingredients

  • 10 g baking powder
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml honey
  • 120 ml milk
  • 240 ml plain yogurt
  • 90 g rolled oats
  • 5 g salt
  • 240 g whole wheat flour

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a bread pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3
In another bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, milk, honey, and egg until smooth.
Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and smooth the top.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Step 7
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
