  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 113 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g flour
  • 200 g marshmallows
  • 120 ml milk
  • 60 g pecans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 900 g sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g white sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Put sweet potatoes in a medium saucepan with water to cover. Cook over medium-high heat until tender; drain and mash.
Step 3
In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, salt, butter, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, mix together brown sugar, pecans, and flour. Cut in the butter until the mixture is coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the mixture over the sweet potato mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from the oven and cover the top with marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake until marshmallows are melted and golden brown.
