  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 300 g carrots
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 200 g green beans
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 500 g new potatoes
  • 200 g peas
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 200 g turnips

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Add the new potatoes, carrots, and turnips. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Add the green beans and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the peas and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the vegetables and set aside.
Step 6
In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
Step 7
Add the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Step 8
Return the vegetables to the pot and stir to coat them in the creamy sauce.
Step 9
Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
Step 10
Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
