  • 450 g dandelion greens
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Rinse the dandelion greens thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the sliced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the dandelion greens to the skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until wilted, about 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle the red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper over the greens and stir to combine.
