Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the flour and powdered sugar. Mix in the ground cinnamon.

In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.

Gradually blend in the flour mixture until the dough comes together.

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.

Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.

While still warm, roll the cookies in granulated sugar. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
