  • 250 g breadcrumbs
  • cooking spray
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 250 ml marinara sauce
  • 60 ml milk
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 500 g ravioli

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls. Place the flour in the first bowl. Beat the eggs and milk together in the second bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese in the third bowl.
Step 3
Dip each ravioli in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring each ravioli is fully coated.
Step 4
Place the breaded ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray the ravioli with cooking spray.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the ravioli are golden brown and crispy.
Step 6
Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
