  • 30 grams cornstarch
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 240 ml water

Directions

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the cherries, sugar, and cornstarch.

Add the water and lemon juice to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and begins to bubble.
