  • 2 fresh cucumber
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 g sesame seeds
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • 15 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Thinly slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.

Sprinkle salt over the cucumber slices and let sit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Rinse the cucumber slices with cold water and drain well.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until the sugar is dissolved.

Combine the cucumber slices with the vinegar mixture and toss well.
