- 100 grams butter
- 1.5 liters chocolate ice cream
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies
- 200 ml chocolate syrup
- 1.5 liters vanilla ice cream
- 500 ml whipped cream
Directions
Step 1
Let the vanilla and chocolate ice creams soften at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs.
Step 3
Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form a crust.

Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust evenly.
Step 5
Pour half of the chocolate syrup over the vanilla ice cream layer.
Step 6
Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla ice cream layer.
Step 7
Pour the remaining chocolate syrup over the chocolate ice cream layer.

Freeze the cake for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Before serving, spread whipped cream evenly over the top of the cake.
