Ingredients

  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 10 g fresh basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 350 g orecchiette pasta
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • 500 ml vegetable broth
  • 1 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the cherry tomatoes and zucchini to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
Step 4
Add the orecchiette pasta and vegetable broth to the pan. Stir to combine.
Step 5
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the liquid is mostly absorbed.
Step 6
Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
