  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 120 g bread crumbs
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 900 g ground beef
  • 80 ml ketchup
  • 240 ml milk
  • 15 ml mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Press the meat mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is nicely glazed.
Step 6
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
