  • 240 g almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 ml honey
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

Add eggs, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
