  • 15 g fresh oregano
  • 120 g fresh parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 120 ml olive oil
  • 5 g red pepper flakes
  • 60 ml red wine vinegar
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Finely chop the fresh parsley and oregano.

Mince the garlic cloves.

In a medium bowl, combine the parsley, oregano, and garlic.
