Directions
Step 1
Combine basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor.
Step 2
Pulse until finely chopped.
Step 3
Add Parmesan cheese and pulse to combine.
Step 4
With the processor running, gradually add olive oil until the mixture is smooth and emulsified.
Step 5
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 6
