Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 400 g baked beans
  • 4 slices black pudding
  • 4 slices bread
  • 50 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 sausages
  • 2 tomato
  • 4 slices white pudding

Directions

Step 1
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
Step 2
Add the bacon and sausages to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the bacon and sausages from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add the white pudding and black pudding slices, and cook until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the puddings from the pan and set aside with the bacon and sausages.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes to the pan, cut side down, and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 7
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until softened and browned, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 8
In a separate pan, add the butter and cook the diced potatoes until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 9
In the same pan, fry the eggs to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, etc.).
Step 10
Heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
Step 11
Toast the slices of bread.
Step 12
Serve the cooked ingredients together on a large plate, accompanied by the toast and baked beans.
