Ingredients

  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 green onions
  • 200 g noodles
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the carrot and bell pepper slices to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the vegetables.

Pour the soy sauce over the noodles and mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
