  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs
  • 60 grams butter
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 500 grams cooked chicken
  • 60 grams flour
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • 200 grams mushrooms
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 450 grams spaghetti

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes.

Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the cooked chicken, mushrooms, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
