  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams peaches
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 120 milliliters vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
