  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Celery stalks
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1000 ml Chicken broth
  • 400 ml Evaporated milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Hotdogs
  • 250 g Macaroni
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
Step 3
Add the chicken breast cubes and cook until slightly browned.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Lower the heat and add the macaroni, carrots, and celery. Simmer until the macaroni and vegetables are tender.

Stir in the evaporated milk and bring to a gentle simmer.
