  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 170 g chocolate chips
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 ml vegetable oil
  • 350 g zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined.

Add the vanilla extract and vegetable oil to the sugar mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
