  • 115 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 ml milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add the softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
