  • 2 cucumber
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 g red pepper flakes
  • 60 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 10 g sesame seeds
  • 15 ml soy sauce
  • 25 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a large bowl.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until the sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
Sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes over the salad.
Step 5
Add the sliced green onions on top and toss again gently.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
