Directions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Lightly fry each tortilla in a separate pan with a bit of oil until soft. Drain on paper towels.

Dip each tortilla in the enchilada sauce, then place on a plate.
