Ingredients

  • 10 g basil
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 300 g pasta
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100 g spinach

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Step 2
In a baking dish, place the cherry tomatoes and the block of feta cheese in the center.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the tomatoes and feta.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes until the tomatoes are bursting and the feta is golden brown.

While the tomatoes and feta are baking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Remove the baking dish from the oven and stir the tomatoes and feta together to create a creamy sauce.

Add the cooked pasta and fresh spinach to the baking dish, stirring until everything is well combined and the spinach is wilted.
