  • 1 tbsp annatto powder
  • cooking oil
  • 35 grams cornstarch
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 180 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, water, annatto powder, and salt. Mix until smooth to create the batter.

Heat the cooking oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
