  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 500 ml beef broth
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 300 g egg noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 230 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 120 ml sour cream

Directions

Step 1
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
Step 3
Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Step 4
Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
Step 5
Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to eliminate the raw flour taste.
Step 6
Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Step 7
Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the sour cream. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 8
Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and stir to combine. Serve hot.
