  • 1 bay leaf
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 500 grams chicken breasts
  • 1000 ml chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams spinach
  • 1 zucchini

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
