  • 1 chili pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 15 grams parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 grams shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add the sliced garlic and chili pepper to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute, until the garlic turns golden brown.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the pan and season with salt. Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and are cooked through.

Remove the pan from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Step 5
Serve the garlic shrimp immediately, with crusty bread on the side if desired.
