  • 800 g black beans
  • 1 g black pepper
  • 5 g chili powder
  • 5 g cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 g salt
  • 500 ml vegetable broth

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Add the black beans, vegetable broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
