Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 240 ml milk
  • 90 g rolled oats
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Add the rolled oats to a blender and blend until they form a fine powder.
Step 3
Add the banana, milk, baking powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
