  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 340 g butterscotch chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g granulated sugar
  • 2 g ground cinnamon
  • 240 g quick-cooking oats
  • 2 g salt
  • 170 g unsalted butter
  • 10 ml vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 5
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
Step 6
Stir in the oats and butterscotch chips until evenly distributed.
Step 7
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
Step 8
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
