  • 900 g beef stew meat
  • 400 g black beans
  • 400 g canned diced tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 15 g chili powder
  • 150 g corn
  • 10 g cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 5 g pepper
  • 4 potatoes
  • 5 g salt
  • 60 g tomato paste

Directions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
Step 3
Transfer the browned meat to a slow cooker.

Add chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes to the slow cooker.
