Ingredients

  • 150 g cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 200 g pork belly
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 400 g yakisoba noodles
  • 120 ml yakisoba sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the pork belly slices and cook until browned and crispy.

Add the onion, carrot, and green bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
