Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp water

Directions

Step 1
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
Step 2
Once the butter melts, crack the eggs into the skillet.
Step 3
Let the eggs cook for about 1-2 minutes until the whites start to set.
Step 4
Add the water to the skillet and cover immediately with a lid.
Step 5
Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the yolks are creamy and the whites are fully set.
Step 6
Season with a pinch of salt and pepper before serving.
