  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 80 ml hoisin sauce
  • 60 ml honey
  • 30 ml rice vinegar
  • 15 ml sesame oil
  • 15 ml sesame seeds
  • 80 ml soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
