  • 120 g breadcrumbs
  • 500 ml cooking oil
  • 120 g cornmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 120 ml milk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

In another bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.

Dip each shrimp into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
