  • 1 onion

  • 4 potatoes

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.

In a large bowl, combine the grated potatoes, grated onion, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
