  • 120 g butter
  • 200 g corn muffin mix
  • 400 g cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 400 g whole kernel corn

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
Step 3
Add the corn muffin mix and beaten eggs to the mixture and stir until just combined.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the soufflé is set in the center.

Allow the soufflé to cool for a few minutes before serving.
