  • 240 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 100 g ground pork
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g shrimp
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
Step 2
Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sugar. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
Step 4
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring constantly to create egg ribbons in the sauce.
Step 7
Add the chopped green onions and stir to combine. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
