  • 150 grams cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams ham
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 120 ml milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and trim the edges.
Step 3
Spread the diced ham evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
Step 4
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the ham.
Step 5
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, milk, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham and cheese in the pie crust.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
