  • 240 grams all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1.5 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 96 grams instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 120 ml milk
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 240 ml starter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 120 ml vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well.

In another bowl, combine the starter, oil, eggs, vanilla, milk, and pudding mix. Mix until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Step 5
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.

Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack.
