Ingredients

  • black pepper
  • 800 g canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 340 g linguine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 cup parsley
  • salt
  • 450 g seafood mix
  • 120 ml white wine

Directions

Step 1
Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomatoes and white wine to the skillet, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Step 4
Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
Step 5
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped parsley.
Step 6
Toss the cooked linguine with the sauce until well coated.
Step 7
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
